Second 2012 Presidential Debate

I remember civil debate in school. The format was set. The moderator simply made sure the debate format was followed, that time limits were kept, and that people didn’t talk over the top of each other and use each other’s time. And even in 7th grade, I’m pretty sure it was not considered civil to comment and make faces while the other person was talking.

Debaters: Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah!

Moderator: Please! (Injects erroneous “facts.”)

Debaters: Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah!

Moderator: And your final statements?

Obama: I’m just getting started. Republicans left me a mess and got in my way of fixing it. Just give me 4 more years.

Romney: Four more years of what? Gridlock? Unemployment? Debt? I can do this job. I’ve done it in business and I did it as Governor in Massachusetts with an 87% Democrat Congress. Let me fix it!
