give me the mic I am stunned by our Declaration of Independence and its applicability to our current situation.
August 15, 2023 Here We Are Again President Trump has NEVER advocated for violence. But many Americans are taking note of the "long list of abuses" coming from our current administration, and noting their similarities to the ones that compelled our Founding Fathers to risk all and "pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor."
These Americans have no desire to break away, but rather, only to TAKE BACK that which is theirs... OURS, before it is too late. They are pleading, "This is not the arrangement that our Constitution guarantees WE THE PEOPLE!"
But it is our own government, especially those of the Democrat party, that are operating completely outside of our constitutional guarantees. And their screams of "The end of Democracy" are only made more ludicrous by the fact that THEY are the ones that are destroying democracy by their own abuses of our constitution, using government itself to do it.
As I again read our Declaration of Independence, I am stunned by its applicability to our current situation:
Using "mock trials" to protect the favored, while the disfavored are " ...tried for pretended offences."
"He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us."
They want to use these words against Trump, while they themselves organized and PAID for incitement in the months leading up to the 2020 election, and then again afterwards, during the Jan 6th protests.
By way of their outrageous offences and denial of constitutional rights, they have sought to provoke violence among peace loving people, in order to justify martial law, and to make their tyranny complete.
God forbid, were they to succeed...
Would our own military recognize these abuses of our constitution, and remember their oath to DEFEND the constitution, rather than defending an unconstitutional regime?
"He has constrained our fellow citizens... to bear arms against their country, to become the executioners of their friends and brethren..."
Have the 44th and 46th presidents and their administrations destroyed the morale of our patriotic military and liberalized/brainwashed our military to such an extent, that they would believe they are "defending Democracy " when committing acts of violence against WE THE PEOPLE, in order to protect an unconstitutional regime?
Quite honestly, it's hard to tell who we are talking about -- Biden, Obama or Xi -- but whoever is currently running this country, they are "unfit to be the ruler of a free people."
"We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred, to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity."
I watched Democrat RFK Jr, make this wise and loving appeal to Democrats during the censorship hearings, only to watch them try to gag him for it.
"We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, enemies in war, in peace friends."
We have families and children and lives. We want to build. We want peace. We don't want violence. But the left has shown that they want power and that they are willing to use any means, including violence, to get it. And no matter how many times they try to shout, "insurrection" and "end of Democracy," trying to face-paint us in their image, we know what it is they are after, and what they are willing to do to get it.
Throughout history, God has shown Himself Mighty on behalf of those who trust Him, seek His wisdom, and obey His voice. We need His Story now more than ever.
